Overnight Oats Recipe

(1 serving)


½ cup dry oats

1 cup milk or non-dairy milk, such as almond or soy

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon sugar or a pinch of stevia (if you want it a little sweet)


Place ingredients in a glass jar or cereal bowl. Stir well and let sit in fridge overnight. In morning add 2 tablespoons fruit or granola and 1 tablespoon chopped nuts, if you like.
